on the Alsea Valley Alliance v. Evans U.S. District Court Ruling

NOAA Fisheries is extending the comment periods to Oct. 20, 2004, for its proposed ESA
hatchery listing policy and listing determinations for West Coast salmon and steelhead.
The agency has also scheduled community meetings to provide opportunities for public
comment and discussion on both these proposals.
