NOAA Fisheries is extending the comment periods to Oct. 20, 2004, for its proposed ESA
hatchery listing policy and listing determinations for West Coast salmon and steelhead.
The NOAA Fisheries Southwest Region is in the process of scheduling public hearings to
provide opportunities for public comment and discussion.
