EEOAC Program Sub Committee
Southwest Region
June 10, 2002

Attendees: John Clancy, Marty Golden, Rosemary Troian and Shella Merritt. Also, Tim Price and Maria Harris joined us.

Chairperson John Clancy opened the meeting at 2:05p.m.

The May 6 Programs subcommittee meeting minutes were approved and Rosemary Troian will circulate these minutes to the full EEOAC.

Old Business: The subcommittee spent the hour discussing the IDP workplan. Marty Golden will revise the workplan based on our discussions and will send the next version to the subcommittee for review. After the subcommittee has reviewed the new version, another subcommittee meeting will be held. Then Tim will send the latest version of the workplan to the entire committee in advance of our July 17 full EEOAC meeting. Our goal is to have the whole committee agree on a version which will be sent to Rod McInnis and Mike Tillman.

Tim Price will make hard copies of the IDP document that he received from Eleanor Domaloag and will distribute those copies to the subcommittee.

There was no new business.

When the time and date of the next meeting are set, John will send us the call in numbers a few days in advance of the meeting

Meeting adjourned at 3:10 pm.
