Attendees: John Clancy, Marty Golden, Rosemary Troian, Judith Kendig and Rick Wantuck. Maria Harris also joined us.

Chairperson John Clancy opened the meeting at 1:05p.m. Although John is going off the committee, he agreed to chair this meeting and to help with the transition process.

The minutes of the Dec. 10, 2002 meeting were approved.

Old Business:
The Subcommittee spent the bulk of the meeting discussing Scott Hill’s comments and answering Scott’s questions about the IDP guidance document. John Clancy will see to it that all the IDP documents are in one place on the SWR intranet with perhaps a hot link to other information. Maria Harris provided definitions of personnel-related items. John will also write out the answers to Scott’s questions, rewrite portions of the guidance document and send this information to the Subcommittee members.

New Business:

Vice-Chair - Marty Golden

Secretary - Rick Wantuck

The next Subcommittee meeting was not scheduled at this time. Because of John’s other commitments, we may not be ready for another meeting until March.
