Subject: Upcomining EEO Advisory Committee Meeting

As a reminder, next week, Wednesday, October 6, 1999, is the first
Wednesday of the month and our first scheduled Southwest Region Equal
Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee meeting (1:00 p.m.).
Before the meeting, we need to send out an agenda. In view of this,
are there any topics that you would like to include? If so, could you
let me know by close of business Thursday so that I can finalize the
agenda on Friday. Here are some of the topics I think we should
discuss.
- Review EEOAC Bylaws
- Finalize standing committee memberships and officers
- Review standing committee workplans
- Discuss FY00 annual EEOAC budget needs
We are still finalizing the video and telephone conferencing
arrangements so I will forward the information when I send out the
final draft agenda.
