SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS

Program:

Rosemary said that she received no responses to the e-mail about the IDP survey. Jessica and Rosemary will check to see if this workplan has been approved by Rod McInnis and Bill Fox. The committee decided that we needed a separate IDP workplan because we are going to have a survey and this action was not included in the original workplan.

Rosemary reported that Jerry Norton is still working on the Intern Workplan. The next Program Subcommittee meeting will be at 2:00 on July 20.

Administrative:

The Bulletin Board workplan has been signed, so the next step is for Miki to find a contact person in each office who will be responsible for posting the required documents. The next meeting is scheduled for July 27 at 10:00.

Personnel: Jeff McLain talked about the Listserver plan. Somebody will have to manually capture the Quick Hire jobs and send the listserver e-mail out once a week. People interested in jobs could just click on the Quick Hire links. Jeff will send an e-mail to committee members so that we can try the process. Jeff asked that everybody respond to him about how the listserver worked for them. Also, Jeff was asked to write an explanatory paragraph about the Listserver work plan and to send that to Rosemary, Jessica and Maria to review. Later Rosemary and Jessica could have a conversation and then they would give this information at the respective staff meetings.

New Business:

Miki will draft a workplan which would have information sheets developed and would cover a broad range of EEOAC issues. These information sheets could be shared at the Center and Region staff meetings every other month and should help to bring managers up to speed on the various topics.

Announcements: None.

Next Meeting:

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, August 2 at 1:00.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
