APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The minutes of the Dec. meeting were approved.

OFFICERS’ REPORTS

There were no officers’ reports.

SUBCOMMITTEE REPORTS

The Subcommittees did not meet in December.

OLD BUSINESS

Short reports were given on the functions of the various subcommittees. New members need to decide where they would like to work.

With regard to diversity, Jeremy said that the definition of diversity already fit under the umbrella of EEOAC and he didn’t see any need to change the name of the committee. This is up for further discussion.

There was a discussion on funding the intern workplan. Basically, the money would have to come out of program funds. EEOAC has never had a budget.

NEW BUSINESS

Election of officers took place and the results are:

Chair – Jeremy Rusin

Vice-Chair – Jessica Matson

Secretary – Jessica Kondel

Vice Secretary – Nancy Fisher
